Breakfast with Santa 2025 — Terms & Conditions

The Breakfast with Santa event (“the Event”) is organized and hosted by L’Chateau Wedding Venue, Tala, Paphos, Cyprus (“the Organizer”). By purchasing tickets or attending the Event, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

• All bookings must be made in advance through the official website or via authorized representatives of L’Chateau.
   
• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
   
• Tickets are non-transferable and valid only for the date and time selected.
   

• Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the event date may be eligible for a 50% refund.
   
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.
   
• In the unlikely event that L’Chateau cancels the Event, a full refund will be issued.
   
• No refunds will be provided for non-attendance or late arrival.
   

• L’Chateau reserves the right to adjust timings, activities, or menu items without prior notice due to operational requirements or weather conditions.
   
• The Event will proceed rain or shine, except in cases of extreme weather or unforeseen safety concerns.
   

• All children must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
   
• The Organizer is not responsible for the supervision of children or loss of personal belongings.
   

• Guests with dietary restrictions (e.g., allergies, vegetarian, gluten-free) must notify L’Chateau at least 7 days prior to the Event.
   
• While every effort will be made to accommodate special requests, cross-contamination cannot be fully guaranteed.
   

• By attending, guests consent to being photographed or filmed during the Event for marketing and promotional purposes.
   
• If you prefer not to be included, please inform a member of staff upon arrival.
   

• L’Chateau reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any guest whose behavior is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.
   
• Respectful conduct toward staff, other guests, and Santa is expected at all times.
   

• The Organizer is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense incurred by guests during the Event, except where required by law.
   
• All guests participate at their own risk.
   

• Participation in the Shoebox Gift activity is voluntary.
   
• All donated gifts should be new, appropriate for children, and unwrapped.
